Report a Smoking Vehicle
Utah State Law prohibits a vehicle from emitting excess visible contaminants. If you see such a vehicle being driven in Utah County, please note down the following:
  • Date
  • Time
  • Location
  • Vehicle license plate number
  • Vehicle make
  • Vehicle description
You can report a smoking vehicle by calling 801-851-7600 or using the form below. Visual documentation of a violation is very beneficial to us. If you have an image or video of an event, you can attach it using the form below or email it to cleanair@utahcounty.gov. Please include information about the time and place the image or video was taken.
